Processing Time
The current processing time is 2-3 working days before dispatching your order.
Studio NikoNiko is run by 1 person (me) and all products are produced and packaged by hand! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure to check your spambox!
My order
- When will my order arrive?
The estimated shipping times for your order:
- Netherlands: 1-3 working days
- Europe: 3-10 working days
- Rest of the world: 7 - 28 working days
IMPORTANT: Shipping times may vary due to customs, delays or busy holiday seasons. Check the current delays of PostNL
- My order has not arrived yet
I'm sorry you haven't received your order yet! Please allow the following amount of time once your order has been shipped. There might be some delays in the postal system (especially during holidays)
- Netherlands: 10 working days
- Europe: 20 working days
- Rest of the world: 35 working days
Please contact me when the times above have passed so I can help you further.
- I received my order, but it something is missing or is incorrect
Sorry for the mess up! Please contact me at [hellostudionikoniko@gmail.com] with your order number and a photo of your order. I will replace items that are missing.
- I received my order, but it has damage
Oh nooo! All products are packed with great care and sturdy materials. Please e-mail me at [hellostudionikoniko@gmail.com] and send clear and detailed photos of the damage so I can make a claim with my shopping provider (PostNL). I will contact you about a replacement after I have received the photos.
Shipping information
- Do you sell and ship to ALL countries?
At this moment I only sell and ship my products to a limited set of countries (Shopify default). Please contact me if your country is not available, since I can easily fix this!
- Default Shipping Method
The default shipping method is an untracked & stamped mail envelope. I chose this shipping method as a default, because I want to keep the shipping costs as low as possible to all our customers. I do not want to earn anything from shipping fees.
All orders are flat and packed in sturdy and durable materials (thick backings and plastic). So rest assured!
- What are the shipping costs?
The default shipping method will be an untracked & stamped mail envelope with the following shipping rates: Netherlands: €2,25 / Europe: €4,25 / International €4,25
For tracked letterbox packages the rates are: Netherlands: €4,25 / Europe: €6,50 / International €12,00
I will use the services of PostNL to ship all products. Therefore I have no control over the shipping rates set by PostNL. Click here to find the current rates.
- Will my order be tracked?
The default shipping method will be an untracked & stamped mail envelope to keep the costs as low as possible.
However, if you would like to track your order, please select the 'letterbox package' option during check out. Do note that this will greatly increase your shipping costs.
Returns & Cancellations
- Can I return my order?
Currently we do not accept returns. If you received a wrong item or a damaged item, please get in touch with me and I will sort it out with you.
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order is not dispatched I can cancel it and refund your money. Once your order has been shipped it is not possible to cancel it and refund it.
